plated Dining menu Options
Our plated surf & turf dining options (day or evening) are perfect for elegant styled weddings with traditional receptions including toasts, cake cutting & dancing. Plated dining requires a minimum of two hours of time at the villa, as the courses are served in carefully timed stages so that guests don’t feel rushed. A chef’s fee of $500 will apply for groups with 10 guests or less. A Garden & Reef Organic Table is available for groups of less than 16. Our friendly chef will consult & collaborate with you to accommodate dietary restrictions & special requests.
Wedding Reception Caribbean Surf & Turf Menu at $120 per guest
Choose from a diverse a la carte menu: to include 3 butler-passed hors d’oeuvres for your cocktail reception, organic salad, entree with two sides & house-made dessert for your lunch or dinner reception (plus 20% service fee)
Your 4-course menu must be pre-selected 30 days prior to your event to allow Norbu’s culinary team adequate time to plan and secure all necessary items.

Corporate Retreat Caribbean Surf & Turf Dinner Menu at $120 per guest
As with the lunch option, choose from our varied a la carte menu of butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, a plated salad of locally sourced farm to table produce, and entree with two sides & house made dessert

As always, your friendly and expertly trained chef will collaborate with you to accommodate any particular dietary restrictions or special requests
Norbu Bar Menu
YOUR PLATED MENU PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE THE BAR MENU. THERE’S A $18.75/HOUR PER GUEST FEE FOR THE PREMIUM BAR MENU WITH A 4 HOUR MINIMUM. THIS RATE INCLUDES PROFESSIONAL BARTENDERS, MIXOLOGISTS & SCHOTT ZWIESEL GLASSWARE USING ALL ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS. A 20% SERVICE FEE WILL APPLY.
Menu options
Villa Norbu offers a full range of fine wines, spirits, and imported/domestic/locally brewed beers for all our weddings, anniversary parties, and corporate events in the USVI. The villa’s direct relationship with the island’s top purveyors results in an extensive portfolio that is simply astonishing. We recommend and provide Pinot Noir & Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay house wines for our plated surf & turf entrees. All premium bar packages include sparkling wine, sodas, sparkling water, spa water, and fruit juices. Wine & Champagne upgrades are readily available upon request to create your own personalized all inclusive package.
