Is the property insured for slips, trips & falls?

Red Coral Events provides reliable liability coverage for slips, trips & falls.  This insurance becomes 100% null for any guest that breaks any of the villa rules.  

Villa Norbu rules include:

No outside food or alcoholic beverages allowed on property.

No jumping in pools or ocean.

No belligerent or hostile behavior.   

No smoking in any rooms at Villa Norbu.  Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terraces.  

No paint, glue, staples or nails to be used anywhere on property.  

All children must have adult supervision at all times.  

Guests are not allowed on the 2nd level (offices & kitchen).

Vendors reserved directly by client must have their own liability insurance.

Venue closes at 10:15pm (except on public holidays).  Rate per hour for overtime including staff & bar is $1000.  

Client must provide list of all food allergies or dietary restrictions 20 days before event.

Deposits are 100% refundable if event is canceled due to damage of venue caused by storms or forces of nature.  

Deposits are 80% refundable if event is canceled due to Covid restrictions (20 days before event date) in the US or USVI territory.

Parking is limited to 5 vehicles at venue’s entrance road.  Taxi transportation is recommended for parties with over 15 guests and can be arranged by Villa manager.
